"We are in the process of evaluation, so wait for the notice!" The other party replied.
I regret hanging up the phone. I was afraid to say my name just now because I was nervous, so I reported the name of my colleague Yang Jin who was interviewed with me in a panic. Because I was really inexperienced at that time, I really wasn't sure whether it was good or not, so it was a mistake.
What saddens me even more is that Yang Jin was admitted in the end, but I lost. In fact, in terms of his usual performance, he is not as good as me! Only then did I know that I was the biggest fool in the world, and I helped others unintentionally. And I'm sure that the call worked, but I made a wedding dress for others, which was very heartbreaking.
So, my answer to this question is very clear, and it is necessary to call, but some people don't think so. There are three different attitudes among the interviewers
1. Self-righteous attitude: you despise me, and I despise you. There are plenty of fish in the sea, so why do you have a crush on this grass?
If you really care about this job, please don't have this attitude, because you are not Zhuge Liang, and someone will offer you an olive branch if you are thirsty for talent. Nowadays, there are many job seekers, but there are very few suitable positions, so it is not so easy to find a satisfactory job. Therefore, it is necessary to cherish every interview opportunity in order to find your favorite job as soon as possible.
2. Happy-go-lucky attitude: Wait patiently. Whether you can be hired or not is not up to me. Calling may not be useful. Just leave it to fate.
Go with the flow, don't worry, don't be impatient, and seem to be in a good state of mind, but you should also distinguish something. In the matter of job hunting, let's take active action! Because it concerns your job, your career planning, and your future.

3. Calling just after the interview means you are not confident
In fact, you are not confident. During the interview, the interviewer can quickly recognize that they have read countless people, not whether you made this call. On the contrary, if you make this call, the interviewer may think that you care about this position very much, and you are particularly motivated, which will add points to your attitude.
To say the least, the interviewer told you impatiently that you didn't get accepted, and you won't lose anything. You can get rid of the waiting and prepare for the next interview.
So, if you can't wait for the interview, should you call the interviewer? How to do it more appropriately and let the interviewer give you extra points? HR gives three suggestions:
1. Before leaving after the interview, ask one more question.
In order to avoid being entangled in calling or not, we can ask one more question before leaving after the interview. For example:

◎ Will you inform me by phone or email?
◎ If you are not hired, will you call?
This kind of question is reasonable. In most cases, the other person will answer you. Ask one more question, and there will be a lot less trouble behind.
2. There are other special circumstances. One more phone call will give you another chance.
Sometimes employers will hesitate, for example, your attitude or sincerity, or they ignore you when they are busy. At this time, if you make a phone call, you will get another chance.
HR said that there was another situation. During the recruitment process, he found that Xiao Zhang and Xiao Wang were both suitable. Because Xiao Zhang's comprehensive conditions were slightly superior, Xiao Zhang was given priority.
But at the last stage, Xiao Zhang was not satisfied with the salary, so the interviewer wanted to PASS him off. At this moment, Xiao Wang called to inquire about the results and got an opportunity. Although this situation is rare, it is not without regret. Call again.
3. The employer deliberately "set up a bureau" to test the candidates. Those who are active in action and thinking are obviously superior.
Example:
A company is going to recruit an engineer and select three interviewers who meet the job requirements in all aspects from a large number of candidates, but the company can only hire one of them.
so the interviewer set up a game. He told the three applicants that all three of you are excellent, but we only have one position, so please come back for a second interview in a month.
so the three men went back. Among them, a young man came to the employer the next day, and the person in charge of the unit asked him, "Didn't I ask you to come back a month later?" Why are you coming now? "
The young man replied, "Hello, leader! I especially like this job. Even if I come as an intern from today, I don't want a salary. If you think I am suitable for your job requirements, hire me. If not, I will leave after one month. What do you think? " Seeing his sincere attitude and active thinking, the person in charge promised him to try first.
This young man is diligent and eager to learn. After a month, he has learned a lot, and he gets along well with his colleagues in the unit, which has won the appreciation of the unit leaders.
It's a month's time, and two other applicants come for a second interview. Seeing that the applicant who interviewed with them before has put on his work clothes and is in full swing, he asks the person in charge what's going on. The interviewer told the situation in detail, and the two of them suddenly realized and walked away sullenly.
From the moment of the interview, you should consciously regard yourself as a member of the employer, so that your behavior can better match the position required by the employer and you will get more opportunities. Conclusion:
Senior HR said: "Employers should not only consider the expressive ability of job seekers, but also find out their thinking mode, closed thinking or active thinking through conversation, which are the basis for judging whether a person is suitable."
In short, after the interview, don't think that everything is all right and you can wait for good news. We should also look at the problem from the perspective of the employer. Just like a salesperson selling a product, the impression left by the first meeting with a customer is not so deep. When there is a second chance, we should make good use of it. Under the same conditions, the opportunity will be reserved for those who are positive in thinking, positive in attitude, active in action and always ready.
