I. Introduction Plan

Second, the introduction conditions
(1) Having China nationality. ?
(2) Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC).
(3) Having the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally.
(4) Having a bachelor degree or above. Age is 30 years old and below (born after April 27th, 199 1).
(5) Teachers' posts have the corresponding grades and subject teacher qualification certificates required for the introduction of posts, and the standard of Putonghua must reach Grade II and above. To apply for Chinese, the level of Putonghua must reach Grade II A and above.
Graduates of the class of 2022 who apply for teacher positions in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens must obtain teacher qualification certificates of corresponding levels and disciplines within 1 year after they officially take up their posts; Those who apply for the post of teacher in secondary vocational schools must obtain the corresponding teacher qualification certificate within 2 years after they officially take up their posts. If it is not collected on time, the employment contract will be terminated.
(6) Having other conditions required for applying for positions.

Third, introduce the procedure.
The introduction procedures mainly include information release, registration and qualification examination, examination and testing, physical examination, inspection and open employment.
(1) Announcement
The announcement on the introduction of talents by college graduates in Urumqi in 2022 was published in the Personnel Examination column of Urumqi Human Resources and Social Security Service Platform.
(2) Registration and qualification examination
Registration is conducted by online registration, and each person is limited to one post. Applicants should log on to the designated website or email address to register (see the job list for details). To register by mail, you need to fill in the Application Form for Introducing Talents for College Graduates in Urumqi in 2022 (Annex 4), and attach the electronic registration filing form of ID card, diploma, degree certificate and education certificate of the Ministry of Education (if college graduates in 2022 have not obtained graduation certificate or degree certificate, they must provide the online verification report of the school status of the Ministry of Education, and submit the graduation certificate and degree certificate before July 3, 20221).

Qualification examination and registration are carried out simultaneously, and the competent department of the recruiting unit is responsible for it. Qualification examination runs through the whole process of import work. (3) Inspection and testing
Those who pass the qualification examination will take the examinations and tests organized by the competent department of the recruiting unit. The specific method, time and place of examination and testing shall be determined by the competent department of the recruiting unit.
(4) Physical examination

(5) Investigation
Those who pass the physical examination shall fill in the Questionnaire on the Introduction of Talents by College Graduates in Urumqi in 2022 (Annex 5). The inspection shall be organized and implemented by the competent department of the recruiting unit.
(6) Publicity
The competent department of the recruiting unit shall determine the candidates to be hired according to the investigation results, and publicize them in the personnel examination column of Urumqi human resources and social security service platform. The publicity period is 7 working days. If there is any objection to the publicity, and it is verified that it does violate the policy, the employment qualification of the person to be hired will be cancelled.
(7) Employment
If there is no objection to the publicity, the employment procedures will be handled. If the employment documents are not reported within 30 days after they are issued, the employment qualification will be cancelled, and you shall not participate in the recruitment of institutions organized by Urumqi within 3 years from the year of application.
Fourth, policy treatment.
Salary: salary stipulated by the state+performance bonus.
