Chinalco Luotong is a company composed of some departments of Luoyang Copper Processing Factory acquired by Chinalco, and Luotong Group is a company composed of the remaining departments that have not been acquired.

From June 5438 to February 2005, the former Rotten Group implemented strategic restructuring.
