How does NSA recruit people?

Access to the National Security Agency is as follows:

1. The Ministry of National Security is an integral part and functional department of the State Council. You can pass the civil service exam and go directly to the Ministry of National Security. Its basic requirements refer to the Civil Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).

2. First obtain civil servant status, and then transfer to the Ministry of National Security;

3. Participate in school recruitment. The municipal secrecy bureau is recruiting undergraduate graduates, which coincides with the recruitment time of local civil servants every year. The relevant staff of the Political Department of the Security Bureau will go to local colleges and contact the educational administration department of colleges and universities for on-site registration.

Article 13

Civil servants shall meet the following conditions:

(1) Having China nationality;

(two) at least eighteen years of age;

(3) Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Communist Party of China (CPC)'s leadership and socialist system;

(4) Having good political quality and moral conduct;

(5) Having the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally;

(6) Having the educational level and working ability that meet the post requirements;

(seven) other conditions prescribed by law.
