What organization does the power company belong to?

Electric power companies belong to enterprise establishment.

Enterprise staffing is divided into formal staffing (State Grid, China Southern Power Grid and provincial power grid), rural power staffing and other temporary workers.

Three kinds of compilation of State Grid are as follows:

For example, the CSRC and the CBRC are all treated according to the standards of civil servants, and they may become civil servants in the future.

2. Balanced distribution of career establishment. The balance distribution is carried out by the finance, and the treatment and income are linked to a certain extent, such as hospitals and some scenic spots. There are many different institutions, including newspapers, radio stations, schools, post offices, hospitals, municipal departments and so on. Because these departments have limited income-generating capacity and must be subsidized by the government;

3, self-supporting career establishment. In fact, it is similar to an enterprise, and the treatment is closely related to the operating conditions. Most of them are service-oriented institutions, such as design institutes. Self-supporting institutions, to put it bluntly, are preparing for becoming shares or state-owned enterprises in the future. The changed public institutions such as buses will become enterprise management within a few years.

To sum up, State Grid belongs to public institutions, and formal employees belong to public institutions. It is the establishment, corporatization and market-oriented operation of enterprises, but the main executives and leaders are managed by the state and exercise their capital contribution into equity.
