What is the process of exporting foreign labor services?

1. Application indicator: the employer submits an application to the relevant departments of the local government according to the relevant regulations of the host country on the importation of foreign workers;

2. Signing a contract: After obtaining the effective approval of the local government to import foreign workers, the employer shall provide the following information to negotiate with our labor service company and sign a labor service cooperation contract. The information provided by the employer includes: a copy of the approval of the local government to import foreign workers, a copy of the employer's business license, the labor contract signed by the employer and our labor service company, and the recruitment brochure provided by the employer;

3. Labor recruitment: the recruitment of labor personnel can be directly recruited by the employer, or it can be entrusted by the employer to our labor service company;

4. Training abroad: the labor service company will train the recruited labor service technicians;

5. Going abroad for examination and approval: the labor service company is responsible for reporting to the relevant departments of China municipal government and issuing relevant approval documents for the work of laborers;

6. Go through the formalities of going abroad: the laborers provide relevant information and go through the formalities of going abroad;

7. Handling passports for going abroad: The labor service company is responsible for reporting to the relevant departments of China Municipal Government and issuing exit passports for laborers;

8. Handling visas for going abroad: Under normal circumstances, the employer is responsible for handling visas for laborers to go abroad, or assisting labor companies to handle visas for exporting countries.
