1, recruiting accountants according to laws and regulations.

The basic requirement for recruiting accountants is that accountants should have an accounting qualification certificate-that is, an employment certificate. If you are recruiting an accounting supervisor or the enterprise only needs one accountant (the enterprise must appoint an accounting supervisor), you must have the title of accountant (intermediate) or have more than three years of accounting qualification. This is stipulated by laws and regulations. It doesn't matter if you don't recruit accountants according to the above standards. If something goes wrong, it is the responsibility of the enterprise.

2, accounting education and accounting titles

The chief accountant should have learning experience in financial accounting or economics, so as to have systematic professional knowledge in financial accounting. Professional titles can only be obtained after a certain accounting period and knowledge learning, which is of course a very important reference index. Education and professional title usually represent the basic quality and skills of accounting, but education and professional title can not fully represent the financial pragmatic ability and level of accounting.

3, accounting work experience

Work experience is the actual work situation of accountants engaged in financial accounting, including the actual financial and pragmatic experience of accountants. When recruiting accountants, we need to focus on the following contents:

(1) Understand the working experience of pure accounting. Although the cashier's work experience is also a part of financial work, accounting should be familiar with it, but it is still different from accounting work. Therefore, we should attach importance to the pure accounting work experience of accountants.

⑵ Understand the types of enterprises that accounting firms have worked in. Although the basic principles of financial accounting are the same and the general work content is similar, the financial treatment methods and tax calculation methods of different enterprises and industries are obviously different.

(3) Understand the positions that accountants are engaged in. The accounting division of the financial department is very detailed, such as bookkeeping, auditing and general ledger. Therefore, it is necessary to know the specific work of accounting in detail. Small and medium-sized enterprises must be able to take on the overall accounting personnel when recruiting major accounting personnel, and accountants who usually do general ledger positions have practical experience in this field.

(4) Understand the working years of accountants in overall accounting. An accountant must have the ability of overall accounting, at least one year's practical work experience, to understand the basic processes and affairs of overall accounting, and of course, to talk about experience after years of practical operation.

4. The pragmatic potential of accounting.
