In order to further promote the reform of collectivization, marketization and diversification of cadre system, further increase the competitive selection of talents, build a platform for outstanding talents to display their talents and realize their own values, and provide talent support for strategic transformation and business development of the whole bank, the Party Committee of the Head Office decided to openly select the President of Ningbo Branch and the General Manager of Precious Metals Business Department within the whole bank. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, the principle of open selection

Open selection adheres to the principle of the Party governing cadres, having both ability and political integrity, putting morality first, being open and equal, competing for the best, being recognized by the masses, paying attention to performance, and combining talent selection with talent reserve.

Second, the scope and conditions of open selection

Open selection is open to the whole bank, and all on-the-job employees of the Head Office, domestic and overseas branches, directly affiliated institutions and holding subsidiaries who meet the conditions of open selection can apply. See Annex I for the conditions of open selection.

Third, the open selection procedure (1) registration. Applicants should register and log in the internal recruitment column of the unified recruitment platform (job.icbc.com.cn) before September 25th, 20 12, fill in and submit the application form online.

At the same time, the applicant should also write a work performance plan (see Annex II for specific requirements) and send it to "Competitive Employment/Human Resources/Head Office/ICBC" (external address: :jingpin@icbc.com.cn) by email before September 25th. The email title is "Open Registration"+"Organization"+"My Name". If you apply for two positions at the same time, please write two job ideas respectively.

(2) qualification examination. The Head Office organizes qualification examination according to the conditions of open selection, the current post, work experience, management experience, assessment and performance commitment of the candidate. At the same time, the Head Office will also organize an assessment of the people's acceptance of the candidates who have passed the qualification examination within the scope of the institution and solicit opinions from the people.

According to the results of qualification examination and evaluation, determine the shortlist for interview, and give priority to cadres with management experience, high public recognition and outstanding work performance.

(3) interview. Focus on the comprehensive quality, professional background, management ability and development potential of the candidates, and specific matters will be notified separately.

(4) inspection. This public election carries out the difference inspection. According to the interview results, the head office studies and determines the candidates for inspection and organizes the implementation.

(5) Identify candidates. According to the examination and investigation, the Party Committee of the Head Office studies and determines the candidates for this public selection and appointment, publicizes the candidates in the unit before taking up the post according to relevant regulations, and goes through relevant procedures for subsequent appointment.
