Reasons why it is difficult to find a job:

4. Forklift drivers are controlled by enterprises, and there are many cases of illegal punishment, which are easy to be punished or expelled by enterprises. Good drivers are usually left by enterprises, and drivers are willing to stay if the company is not too bad.

5. Forklift drivers are often included in the middle class of operators and maintenance workers in enterprises, but they are very demanding, because enterprises pay attention to production, and if the materials are normal, they will be held accountable when they are abnormal, but few people will think of the contribution or existence of forklift drivers when enterprises produce products on time. The role or position of forklift driver seems to be less familiar than that of operator.
