3. Recruitment conditions

4. Recruitment steps
(1) Online registration
Registration is conducted online, and the registration website is the Anhui Provincial Personnel Examination Network. The registration time is from 9:00 on March 4, 2013 to 9:00 on March 8, 2013. No additional registration will be made after the deadline.

(2) Qualification review

(3) Registration Confirmation

(6) Interview
According to the number of recruitment plans, candidates for the interview will be selected based on the written test scores from high to low among those who have passed the written test for the same position and have passed the qualification review at a rate of 1:3. If the number of interviewees is less than or equal to the number of positions recruited, the interview score must reach the average score of the actual interviewees in the examination room on that day before the physical examination and inspection can be entered. Those whose interview scores are less than 50 points will not be allowed to enter the physical examination and inspection.
(7) Score synthesis
The final scores of the candidates will be published online by the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau based on the synthesis of written test scores and interview scores. The written test score accounts for 60% (calculation formula: written test score ÷ 1.2 × 0.6), and the interview score accounts for 40%.
(8) Physical examination and inspection
Candidates for physical examination and inspection are based on the number of job recruitment plans, and among the interviewees for the same position, they will be selected based on the test scores from high to low, on a 1:1 basis. The proportions are determined in equal amounts (if the final test scores are the same, they will be sorted by the order of the written test scores; if the written test scores are still the same, they will be sorted by the score of the first evaluation element in the interview). The inspection and physical examination work shall be organized and implemented by the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and shall be carried out in the order of physical examination first and then inspection.
