Six modules of human resources
Human resources mainly include six modules: recruitment, training, salary, performance, planning and employee relations.
1. Among them, tangible salary includes benefits, subsidies, performance and basic salary, while intangible salary refers to the edification of corporate culture and the training of professional knowledge.
4. Performance: comprehensively measure the post productivity of employees. If the productivity is relatively high, more performance bonuses will be obtained. In the final analysis, it belongs to the incentive system formulated by enterprises, and the performance bonus scheme must be reasonable and scientific, otherwise it will not only fail to achieve the expected effect, but also may have a counterproductive effect.
5. Planning, the guiding ideology is the annual strategic planning of the enterprise, which is responsible for the enterprise's personnel development norms, mainly including the enterprise's organizational structure and recruitment plan, and is also the basis of the human resources module.
6. Employee relations, mainly responsible for the management of employees in the enterprise, and also responsible for post adjustment, post transfer, resignation and entry.
