I think it depends on the strength of the school and the level of students that we arbitrarily say whether it is good or not. If it is a strong school, it is better to have a larger scale, so that there are more jobs and more choices for students, and they can better understand their own advantages and disadvantages and the job market.

If a school is not very strong, it should hold a small job fair. Even if you want to hold a big one, you have no ability, which will only bring a blow to schools and students. Those big companies are just going through the motions and have no intention of enrolling students from you at all.

Therefore, we should choose large or small job fairs according to the strength of our school.
