Intermediate professional titles:

(1) Graduated from a university, engaged in professional and technical work for more than five years, and served as an assistant for more than four years.

(2) Graduated from a college, engaged in professional and technical work for more than six years, and served as an assistant for more than four years.

(3) Graduated from technical secondary school (high school), engaged in professional and technical work for more than ten years, and served as an assistant for more than four years.

(4) Personnel with junior high school education or below must have engaged in professional and technical work for more than fifteen years and have served as assistants for more than four years.
