4. Improve the company's procurement system, formulate and optimize the procurement process, and control the procurement quality and cost.
5. Review the annual procurement plan submitted by each department, and make overall planning and determine the procurement content. Reduce unnecessary expenses and ensure maximum material supply with effective funds.
6. At the beginning of each month, list all the completed and unfinished procurement tasks in the last month one by one, and submit them to the general manager and the manager of the finance department so that the superior leaders can master the procurement projects of the whole company.
7. Supervise and participate in the business negotiation of bulk orders, and check the execution and implementation of contracts.
8. Monitor the logistics status of the project and control unreasonable material procurement and consumption.
9. Formulate the short, medium and long-term work plan of the department, prepare and submit the departmental budget, and assist the accounting department in auditing and cost control.
10. Standardize, guide and approve the purchase receipt, and make reasonable pre-purchase according to the operation of funds and the stacking degree of materials.
