Are full-time junior high school students with a college degree recruited by top-tier hospitals?

Third-level hospitals that are full-time junior high school students with a college degree are not recruiting:

Technical secondary schools and large hospitals are not recruiting. Because the technical secondary school and health school belong to my country's ordinary full-time secondary vocational education and technical high school, the diploma of the technical secondary school is at the same level as the ordinary high school. Generally, the academic requirements for recruitment in second-class hospitals are full-time college or above, third-class hospitals and third-class hospitals.
