According to the needs of work, 20 12 institutions directly under the people's procuratorate, the national prosecutor's college, the procuratorial daily newspaper, and the procuratorial theory research institute take the examination method and openly recruit 1 1 staff. First, the recruitment target

(1) The candidates for the relevant positions of the National Prosecutor College are: 20 12 fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities.

(2) The recruitment targets for the relevant positions of the Procuratorate Daily are: 20 12 fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities and other social employees.

(3) The recruitment target for the relevant positions of the Institute of Procuratorial Theory is: 20 12 fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities.

(1) National Prosecutor College

(5) Meet the requirements for entering or staying in Beijing.

2. Education, major and teaching experience

(1) You must obtain a doctorate in law. Bachelor's degree or master's degree must be a law major;

Third, the working procedure.

(1) Registration

From 8: 00 on March 12 to 6:00 on March 12, candidates will log on to the recruitment column registration system () on the website of the People's Procuratorate to register.

The applicants shall be examined by the Political Department of the People's Procuratorate in conjunction with the State Procurator College, the Procuratorial Daily and the Institute of Procuratorial Theory, and those who pass the examination shall take the examination.

(2) Examination

The examination is divided into written examination and interview, and the examination content is the necessary professional knowledge and working ability for the recruitment position.

The written test entrusts the examination institution to propose and mark papers.

2. Interview (20 12, early April)

After the written test, the candidates will be sorted from high to low according to their written test scores, and the interview candidates will be determined according to the ratio of 1:5 job recruitment positions to the number of interviewers.

(3) Investigation and physical examination

After the written test and interview, the comprehensive score is calculated according to the proportion of written test and interview scores each accounting for 50%.
