What does a Floatator do?

The work mainly includes: (1) operating dosing, pulp conveying, flotation and other equipment to separate fine ore and recover concentrate powder and tailings; (2) Monitor concentrate grade and recovery rate, and adjust dosage, ore feeding, temperature, concentration and ventilation. (3) Adjusting the working condition of flotation equipment and controlling the separation process; (4) Record the production data and coordinate the upper and lower process operations; (5) Handling faults in operation and maintaining equipment.
