Reserve cadres have empty titles. To put it bluntly, they are just looking for you to do odd jobs.

As soon as you enter the company, you first participate in a series of trainings and are then assigned to various departments.

The work has no fixed content, you can do anything, anyone can order you, and you can do whatever they ask you to do.

The benefits are at the lowest level, and the benefits basically have nothing to do with you. For those without background, there is no hope of becoming a regular employee.

The survival rate of reserve cadres is very low.

They are not as down-to-earth as those who have been promoted from the employee level, and many of them will leave after a short time.

They reserve you for a few months and say you are unqualified, and you are willing to be kicked out by them.
