The wage level is in the upper middle class of social wages and enjoys higher welfare benefits. From the perspective of salary, basic salary and performance bonus constitute the main part, as well as other additional income such as welfare (holiday award, five insurances and one gold) and business trip allowance (lunch, transportation and communication).

Total income = basic salary+performance award and+lunch subsidy+communication subsidy+transportation subsidy+five insurances and one gold+holiday award.

Branches of the People's Bank of China shall be staffed and enjoy the treatment of career establishment.

The wage level and welfare benefits are basically the same as those of local institutions, even higher than those of institutions.
