(1) Basic conditions

2. Love rural credit cooperatives, obey organizational distribution, and work in rural credit cooperatives with peace of mind.

3. Have good overall quality, strong learning ability, communication skills, professionalism and teamwork spirit.

4. Good health.

(2) Age

The age of college graduates and undergraduates is 26 years old and below (born after June 30, 1987); the current college student village officials are 28 years old and below below (born after June 30, 1985); graduate students with a master's degree and above are 30 years old and below (born after June 30, 1983).

(3) Educational qualifications and majors

1. Educational requirements: The academic qualifications of graduates from domestic institutions must be certified on Xuexin.com before October 31, 2014; graduates from overseas institutions must have their academic qualifications certified in 2014 Obtain academic degree certification from the National Ministry of Education’s Study Abroad Service Center before October 31st of the year. Candidates whose academic qualifications cannot be certified before the deadline will be deemed not to meet the academic requirements.

2. Major requirements: College graduates are limited to economics, finance, and accounting majors; undergraduate graduates, master's degree and above graduates are limited to economics, finance, financial accounting, law, computer, and management. Class major. If a candidate has two levels of academic qualifications, and the major studied at the upper level does not meet the recruitment requirements, but the major studied at the lower level does, he or she can apply for the examination at the lower level. (4) Other conditions

1. Applicants for college student village officials are limited to those who have passed the unified examination and been uniformly arranged by the Organization Department of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee to serve in the village for more than two years (the calculation period is as of 2014 Current university student village officials as of October 31, 2018, and village officials selected by cities, states, counties, and districts are not included in this list. It is required that all annual assessments during the term of office are competent and above. Applications are limited to companies that have village official recruitment plans within the jurisdiction of the city or state where they currently work.
