(2) Qualification conditions.
1. Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China, support the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China, abide by national laws and regulations, have good conduct and professional ethics, and have the physical condition to perform the duties of the position normally .
2. Meet the basic conditions stipulated in the "Interim Provisions on Public Recruitment of Personnel by Public Institutions".
3. The recruitment position of Jianli People’s Hospital is only open to full-time master’s degree students, and the age is no more than 35 years old (born on January 1, 1986 or later). The age requirement for other recruitment positions is that full-time master's degree students should not be more than 40 years old (born on or after January 1, 1981); full-time undergraduate students at "double first-class" universities should not be more than 35 years old (born on or after January 1, 1986) .
4. Meet other conditions required for the introduction of positions.
5. Those who have any of the following circumstances are not allowed to register:

3. Introduction methods and procedures
(1) Main methods of introduction. This time, the recruitment of talents to public institutions will not be arranged through a written test, but will be determined through qualification review, interviews, physical examinations, assessments, and public announcements.
(2) Main procedures
1. Publish an announcement. Check on the Hubei Personnel Examination Network, Jingzhou Personnel Examination Network, and Jianli Municipal People's Government Website.
2. Register online. The registration period is from 9:00 on April 19 to 17:30 on April 27, 2021. Applicants can register through WeChat and Alipay by scanning the QR code, and join the "Jianli City 2021 Public Institution Talent Introduction Registration Consultation" QQ group (group number: 653890165).
When registering, please fill in your personal information carefully and upload a recent full-face color photo of yourself (in jpg format, if you do not upload the photo, it will not be reviewed). You cannot register with the old and new ID numbers at the same time, and the ID cards used during registration and interview must be consistent. Graduate students apply based on the school and major they studied in as graduate students, and full-time undergraduates from “double first-class” universities apply based on the school and major they majored in as undergraduates.
3. Qualification review. The time is April 19th. The Municipal Party Committee Talent Work Leading Group Office will review the qualifications submitted by applicants online as required. After successful registration, applicants will scan their ID cards (front and back), original academic degree certificates, Xuexin.com student status online verification report, professional and technical titles and other information and send them to the designated email address of the Municipal Party Committee Talent Office at 6748623@qq.com for review (each The photos should be named after the data name, and all photos should be compressed into one file and uploaded after indicating the applicant's unit + name). Personnel employed in government agencies and institutions outside Jianli City must provide proof that their unit agrees to apply. Those who pass the qualification review will be identified as interview candidates; those who fail the qualification review will be disqualified for the interview. The audit results will be announced on the Jianli Municipal People's Government website on April 30.
Qualification review runs through the entire process of talent introduction and recruitment for public institutions. Once it is found that those who do not meet the recruitment position conditions, commit fraud or violate recruitment regulations will be disqualified, and we reserve the right to pursue legal liability.
4. Interview. The interview was conducted using a structured interview format. When the ratio of the number of recruitment positions to the number of qualified candidates does not reach 1:3, the examination ratio can be reduced with the consent of the Jianli Municipal Party Committee Talent Office.
Interviewers will participate in the interview in accordance with the provisions of the interview announcement. Those who fail to participate will be deemed to have automatically abstained. For candidates who abstain from the interview or fail to attend the interview according to the specified time and location, resulting in only one person participating in the interview for a position, the minimum score line for the interview will be controlled. The minimum score line for the interview will be set at 80 points. For those who fail to meet the minimum score line for the interview, they will be Cannot enter the physical examination and assessment stage, and the corresponding recruitment position plan will be cancelled. 5. Physical examination. Based on the number of recruitment positions and the interview scores, physical examination candidates will be determined at a ratio of 1:1. The physical examination is organized and implemented in accordance with the "General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" and other regulations.
Those who fail the physical examination will be replaced in the order of interview scores. If the interview scores are the same, candidates with the same scores will take the additional test. If there is no replacement candidate, the recruitment position will be canceled or reduced. The time and location of the physical examination will be notified later.
6. Assessment. The assessment objects will be determined based on the physical examination of the candidates. The assessment highlights moral integrity, talent and quality, focusing on their moral character, professional expertise, ability and quality, learning and work performance, job matching, etc. If it is found during the assessment that the main information in the relevant materials of the assessment target is untrue or does not meet the job qualifications, the recruitment qualification will be cancelled, and the replacement will be made according to the physical examination link. The assessment work is the responsibility of the recruiting unit and its competent department.
7. Announcement and employment. Those who have passed the assessment will be publicized online and will be subject to social supervision. The publicity period will be 7 days. After the public notice period has expired, if no problems affecting employment are found, they can be hired. All fresh graduates must obtain the corresponding academic degree before August 31, 2021, and go through the employment procedures, otherwise they will not be hired. Personnel who have publicly reported issues affecting employment and found to be true after investigation will not be hired.
8. Adjustment. Adjustments can be made appropriately if there are special circumstances.
IV. Policies and benefits
(1) A probationary period system is implemented for recruited talents. The probation period is one year, and during the probation period, you will enjoy the salary and benefits of the official staff of the public institution.
(2) After the probation period expires, those who pass the assessment will go through the formalities of becoming a full-time employee. Those with a bachelor's degree can enjoy the benefits of level 9 positions in public institution management, and those with a master's degree can enjoy the benefits of level 8 positions in public institution management. Those who fail to pass the assessment at the end of the probationary period will be terminated (terminated).
(3) After formal employment, in addition to enjoying all the benefits of public institutions in accordance with national policies, talent subsidies will be paid. If the introduced talents are qualified or above in the annual assessment, full-time master's students will be given an annual settlement subsidy of 10,000 yuan and a talent allowance of 12,000 yuan within 5 years; full-time undergraduates from "double first-class" universities will be given an annual settlement subsidy of 6,000 yuan and a talent allowance of 12,000 yuan within 5 years. Talent allowance of 6,000 yuan per year.
(4) Children of imported talents who want to go to school can choose schools within the city according to their own wishes. The education department will provide them with an opportunity to choose a school and be responsible for coordinating and handling relevant procedures; If the spouse is willing to work in Jianli, the employer and the human resources and social security department shall consult with the relevant departments to coordinate within the scope of their duties. Introduced talents can apply for talent apartments as needed.
V. Other matters

(4) After the employment list is announced online, I shall not find another job and must report at the specified time.
