Is it necessary to have an environmental license for forklift trucks?

Need to apply for an environmental permit.

According to the requirements of TSG 08-20 17 Management Rules for the Use of Special Equipment and TSG N000 1-20 17 Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Special Motor Vehicles, the materials to be submitted when applying for the license are as follows:

1. Use the registration form; 2 unit unified credit code certificate or personal identity certificate; 3. Special equipment supervision and inspection certificate; 4. Manufacturing license; 5. Type test certificate; 6. Product quality certificate (including material certificate of main stressed parts, ex-factory inspection report, product certificate and product data sheet); 7. Use and maintenance instructions; 8. Additional information required by other local special inspection institutions.
