Recruitment time for community workers in 2023

Registration for community workers in 2023 is expected to begin in April. Community workers refer to those who are selected by each street (town) or two community committees and one station (party committee and party organization, neighborhood committee, community service station) after certain selection or open recruitment procedures. As well as full-time staff who provide various public welfare services (collaborative governance) and other public welfare services in basic community service areas at the grassroots level for various groups of people living in the community. At present, the community workers we refer to generally refer to street cadres and grid workers. The main responsibilities of community workers are to assist the government and relevant departments in social security, public health, social security, employment services, rescue and relief work related to the interests of community residents. This work covers a wide range of areas and is indispensable in social development.
