How to connect doffer quickly?

The quick method of doffer joint is as follows.

1. Adjust the angle of creel, eliminate the gap between tapered paper tube and grooved drum, and let the spinning spindle spin smoothly.

2. After putting down the creel, visually observe whether there is a gap between the paper tube and the grooved drum, whether the gap is at the big end or the small end, and then remove the creel fastening screw.

3. Tap the creel with a plastic hammer, and then put it down to check whether the adjustment is in place until the visual clearance is completely eliminated.
