The total number of people in the third shift is 30 (the night shift personnel will be adjusted to patrol the perimeter of the 78th floor after the subway operation ends, and 5 people will be adjusted to patrol the 90th platform), 11 people will be furloughed, and 41 people will be on duty.

2. The East-West Square Monitoring Center is equipped with 28 security guards. The monitoring center in the east square is equipped with 3 people per shift, the monitoring center on the first floor of the west square is equipped with 1 person, the monitoring center on the 4th floor of the west square is equipped with 3 people, ***7 people).

There are a total of 69 people in the above two positions, which were not allocated in the contract. For example, the number of people according to the contract is 382, ??plus the number of elevator positions and monitoring center positions is 451.

Due to the impact of the rectification of the North Station project, in order to strengthen the safety management of the peripheral entrances and exits of the hub and key parts, 95 security guards are actually deployed in a single shift (excluding 28 posts in the monitoring center). There are 3 management personnel (1 squadron leader, 2 squadron leaders), 98 posts, 294 posts in 3 classes, and a total of 107 people on leave, totaling 401 people. There are 28 people in the monitoring center, 6 on-duty staff (1 team leader, 2 clerks, 1 back-office person, 2 logistics people), and the total number of security personnel is 435.

It is recommended that before the end of December 20XX, the number of security guards should be settled based on the original contract number of 382 people, plus 41 people at the elevator post and 28 people at the monitoring center post, for a total of 451 people or less.
