According to the relevant regulations on staff recruitment in this city, and with the consent of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Culture, Sports and Tourism directly affiliated institutions Shenzhen Art School plans to openly recruit 2 professional teachers (staff). The procedures for this recruitment are: registration, qualification review, interview, written test, physical examination, inspection, public announcement, and employment procedures. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:
1. Recruitment targets and positions
Recruitment targets are current employees (referring to those who graduated before December 31, 2009). For specific positions, please refer to "Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Culture, Sports and Tourism Public Recruitment Staff Position List" (Appendix 1, hereinafter referred to as the "Position List").
2. Application conditions
(1) Abide by the constitution and laws, and have no criminal record;
(2) Observe professional ethics and have good conduct;
(3) Have the physical conditions to adapt to the job requirements;
(4) Meet the relevant qualifications required by the "Position List".
Applications will not be accepted for those who have any of the following circumstances:

3. Registration and Qualification Review

The following information should be provided for registration (if the original is required to be verified and a copy is retained, candidates must copy the relevant information in advance):
1. "Registration for the Open Recruitment of Staff in Shenzhen Public Institutions" Form" (original, see Attachment 2 for empty form);
2. ID card or household registration copy (original to be verified, copy left);
3. Educational qualifications and degree certificates ( Check the original and keep a copy);

Qualification review will be conducted at the time of registration. Those who pass the qualification review will be identified as interview candidates, and interview notices will be issued on-site. Those who fail the review will not be allowed to enter the interview.
Notes: (1) Academic qualifications and majors must be consistent with the job requirements. (2) Register strictly in accordance with the job requirements. If the personal conditions do not match the requirements of the position applied for, the qualification review will not be passed. (3) The materials provided must be complete and authentic. Applications with incomplete or fraudulent materials will not be accepted. IV. Interview

The interview will be conducted by relevant experts organized by the Municipal Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau. Candidates must attend the interview with their interview notice and ID card (both are indispensable).
The qualifying line for the interview is 60 points, and the top 3 candidates who pass the interview are determined to be candidates for the written examination (all candidates who pass the interview with less than 3 people will enter the written examination). The interview results and the list of candidates for the written examination will be announced on the city’s cultural, sports and tourism website on October 25.
5. Written test
Time: October 28, 2010.
Location: The Municipal Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau is responsible for notifying the candidates themselves.

The written examination is organized by relevant experts entrusted by the Municipal Bureau of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and the content is basic professional knowledge. Candidates take the written test with their ID cards.
After the written test, the total score will be combined into a ratio of 30% for the written test and 70% for the interview. The candidate with the first overall score will be selected as the candidate. If multiple people rank first in total scores, the candidate with the highest interview score will be determined as the candidate to be hired.
Within 3 days after the written test, the candidates’ written test scores, interview scores, and the list of proposed candidates will be announced on the Municipal Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau website.
6. Physical examination, inspection and public announcement
The Municipal Bureau of Culture, Sports and Tourism organizes the candidates to undergo physical examination at the hospital designated by the municipal personnel department. Those who fail the physical examination will be disqualified from employment.
Those who pass the physical examination will be inspected by the Municipal Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau. It mainly examines the morality, ability, diligence, performance, integrity and adaptability of the proposed candidate to the position applied for. Those who fail the inspection will be disqualified from employment.
Candidates who pass the examination, physical examination and inspection will be posted on the website of the Municipal Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau for 7 days.
7. Recruitment
The person to be hired has been publicly announced and has no complaints or the complaints are found to be untrue or will not affect the employment, and does not violate the "Shenzhen Municipal Public Institution Staff Management Measures (Trial)" ", "Shenzhen City Public Institution Staff Recruitment Implementation Rules" and other laws and regulations regarding employment, avoidance and other relevant provisions, the employment procedures shall be handled within three months after the announcement is completed.
After public notice, if the person complained of does not meet the employment conditions and found to be substantiated, the person will not be hired; if the complaint is difficult to verify at the moment, the employment will be suspended until the investigation and conclusion are made before a decision is made on whether to hire.
8. Probation period
For those who have gone through the employment procedures, the employer shall sign an employment contract with them in accordance with regulations, and implement a probation period of a certain period (the probation period for social personnel is generally not limited to More than 3 months, 12 months for fresh graduates). At the end of the probation period, those who pass the assessment will be continued to be employed; those who fail the assessment will go through the termination procedures in accordance with regulations.
9. Other Matters

(2) The cut-off time for calculating work experience in job conditions is June 30, 2010.
