II. Procedures and methods
(1) Organizing registration
Registration period: December 31, 2008 to January 20, 2009

Registration materials: On-site applicants should provide one original and one copy of their ID card, graduation certificate, qualification certificate and other materials that can prove their work performance, the same size as the recent one. 3 bareheaded photos, each person is limited to one position. However, originals and copies of the registration materials must be provided during the qualification review.
(2) Qualification review
The district open recruitment leading group will review the qualifications of the applicants. Those who pass the qualification review will participate in the interview. In principle, the interview ratio is 1:3.
(3) Interview
The interview will be conducted in the form of a structured interview, and the passing score for the interview is set at 60 points. The interview time and location will be notified later.
(4) Physical examination and assessment
The candidates for physical examination and assessment will be determined based on the interview scores from high to low in a ratio of 1:1. In the event of a tie in interview scores, an additional test will be used to determine the result. The physical examination standards are implemented in accordance with the "General Physical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)". When vacancies occur due to unqualified physical examinations and assessments, qualified personnel for the same position will be filled in sequence.
(5) Management and treatment
The candidates who have passed the physical examination and assessment will be announced for 7 days. Those who have no objections will be hired after the announcement. A probation period system is implemented for hired personnel, and the probation period is 6 months. Those who pass the assessment at the end of the probation period will formally sign an employment contract; those who fail the assessment will not be hired and will be able to choose their own careers. If the employer's spouse or children are willing to join us, priority will be given to job recommendations based on the spouse's needs and conditions. If their children need to go to school locally, arrangements will be made for them to attend school nearby.
The benefits for those hired to positions coded 01 and 04:
1. In addition to enjoying the same benefits as those of public institutions during the employment period, an annual subsidy of 50,000 yuan will be provided.
2. If you purchase a house in Lianyun District during the employment period, you can enjoy a one-time housing subsidy.
3. Disciplinary requirements
Open recruitment work is carried out in strict accordance with the spirit of the "Interim Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions of Lianyungang City" and relevant laws and regulations.
