According to the plan approved in Jin Han [20 14] No.31,the recruitment plan for college staff in 2014 is 10. Among them, there are 6 professional and technical teachers, 1 professional and technical assistant 1, 2 professional and technical posts 1, and 2 management posts. The post of financial professional and technical teacher is used to recruit "specialized posts serving grass-roots projects". See Annex 1 for the specific recruitment positions and requirements.
Third, the recruitment conditions
(a) with China nationality, teachers under the age of 40, the rest under the age of 30. The calculation method of age is based on 2065438+June 30, 2004.

(3) Applicants must be full-time graduates of national education institutions with both academic degrees.

The recruitment targets of "Special Post for Serving Grassroots Projects" are those who have participated in Shanxi Province's "Special Post Plan for School Teachers in Rural Compulsory Education Stage", "Three Supports and One Support Plan" and "College Students' Volunteer Service Plan for the West" (including the Northwest Shanxi Plan) and passed the examination until the expiration of service on 20 14, and those who have participated in Shanxi Province's "Selecting College Student Village Officials" until the expiration of service on 20 14.
Retired full-time college student soldiers can be treated as serving grassroots project personnel and apply for special posts for serving grassroots projects.
Persons who have received various criminal punishments for crimes, persons whose criminal suspects have not been ascertained or who are undergoing disciplinary review, and other persons who are not allowed to be employed according to national laws, regulations and relevant policies are not allowed to apply for the examination.
Civil servants on probation (referring to the staff of management units), those recruited to institutions who are dissatisfied with their work 1 year, active servicemen and non-fresh graduates are not allowed to apply for the exam (among them, graduate students who are now studying in the school and whose files and organizational relationships are not in the 20 14 fresh graduates are not allowed to apply for the exam with their original academic qualifications and degree certificates). 2. Qualification examination

The examination content of "Basic Knowledge of Public Affairs" includes basic knowledge such as current affairs politics, professional ethics, educational policies and regulations, scientific and technological knowledge, and provincial conditions.
The examination content of "Professional Knowledge" is the subject professional knowledge of the reported position.
3. Performance calculation
The written test scores are in the form of 100, and the qualified line is 60 points, including 30 points for basic knowledge of public affairs and 70 points for professional knowledge. Interviewers are ranked according to the written test scores from high to low, and the ratio of the number of job-planned recruits to the number of people entering the interview is 1: 3. The last written test score is tied, and you can enter the interview together.
If the ratio between the number of qualified people in written test and the number of people to be recruited for this position does not reach 3: 1, and the position is really in urgent need of professional talents or special professional positions, recruitment can be carried out after examination and approval by the competent recruitment department, but the comprehensive score of the person to be recruited must reach 80 points.
(5) Interview
The interview is conducted by means of self-introduction, trial lecture and defense. , which mainly examines the comprehensive quality, professional quality and business potential of the candidates, and is scored by the interview jury (no more than 1 judge in the school). The time will be announced on the college website.
(six) to determine the assessment and physical examination personnel.
Each post is ranked according to the proportion of written test scores accounting for 60% and interview scores accounting for 40%, and according to the proportion of 1: 1 (if the total scores of the last exam are tied, the written test scores are ranked from high to low; If the written test results are the same, the interview judges will vote anonymously) to determine the candidates for the examination and physical examination, and report to the college recruitment leading group meeting to study and determine the examination and physical examination objects.
