Establishing a women’s council system, organizing women representatives and the masses to discuss national affairs, collective affairs, family affairs, and immediate affairs, and realizing self-management during discussions is an important manifestation of social management innovation. 2. Problems and main reasons for women’s participation in political affairs in our county

The construction of female talent teams has been continuously strengthened, but the proportion of women's participation in democratic political construction among all citizens is still relatively small. It has not yet become a habit for women to care about politics and voluntarily participate in political life through various legal means. Women are the masters of the country and work closely with them. It is not common for men to work together to manage the country's political, economic, cultural and social life, and women are not as effective as men in participating in the formulation and implementation of public policies.
