Wen 'an No.1 Middle School has a team of teachers who are particularly capable of playing. In the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China, a group of outstanding intellectuals who were determined to serve the country shouldered the great trust of the Party and came to Wen 'an Middle School, which has yet to be developed and improved. They worked hard and devoted their youth and life energy to the people of Wen 'an on the three-foot platform. They also trained students themselves, graduated from colleges and universities, returned to their alma mater in batches, took over the burden of teachers and became hard gardeners. In order to meet the needs of the development of modern education, the school began a large-scale relocation and expansion project from June 1999 to June 10. The new campus covers an area of 1.50 mu. Up to now, there are 4 teaching buildings, 5 student apartments, restaurants, science and technology buildings, comprehensive buildings, staff dormitories and bath centers. With a total construction area of more than 75,000 square meters, it can accommodate nearly 100 classes and more than 5,000 students. Wen 'an No.1 Middle School has 83 classes, more than 5,400 students and 326 faculty members. Among the full-time teachers, 98% have obtained academic qualifications, 35 are senior teachers, 105 are first-class teachers, and 134 teachers have many years of graduation experience. In 2003-2004 1 semester alone, more than 80 teachers' papers were published in national and provincial newspapers, and more than 60 teachers won the national, provincial and municipal subject competitions respectively. In order to promote the development of education and teaching and optimize the teaching staff, the school has recruited more than 80 outstanding graduates from national key universities. After strict training, some teachers have become the backbone of education and teaching. The quality of education and teaching in the school has improved steadily year by year. In the college entrance examination in 2004, key universities 1 13 had 230 students in Grade Two and 864 students in Grade Three, with an online rate of 80%, ranking fourth among Langfang 1 1 key middle schools. In the college entrance examination in recent four years, two students, Sun and Zhao Binqiang, won the top prize in Langfang Science respectively, and were admitted to Tsinghua University and Peking University.
