Introduction of Songjiang tram

Songjiang tram is the first networked tram system in Shanghai, and the first practical tram in Shanghai since 1975[ note 1]. The service area * * * covers Songjiang District and Minhang District, and the research leads to Qingpu District. Shanghai Songjiang Tram Investment and Operation Co., Ltd. [2], invested and established by Shanghai Songjiang Urban Traffic Investment and Development Center, is responsible for construction and bidding, and cooperates with Shanghai Shen Kai, a joint venture between French Kaiolis Company and Shanghai Shentong Metro Group Co., Ltd.
