First, hierarchical management

According to the Regulations of Zhejiang Province on the Implementation of Teacher Qualification, the qualification of teachers in this city is determined according to the principle of hierarchical management. Applicants with Suichang household registration or Suichang county residence permit apply for the qualifications of senior middle school teachers, secondary vocational school teachers and secondary vocational school internship instructors, which are confirmed on the spot by Suichang County Education Bureau, and Lishui Education Bureau is responsible for organizing the identification; Suichang County Education Bureau is responsible for the on-site confirmation and organization of teachers' qualifications in kindergartens, primary schools and junior high schools.

(1) Online Registration

Applicants should log on to China Teacher Qualification Network () for online registration from June 8 to June 2020 12 (working hours on weekdays); Please read the notes carefully when registering.

(2) Physical examination

All teachers' qualification applicants should download and print the Physical Examination Form for Teachers' Qualification Applicants in Zhejiang Province from China Teachers' Qualification Network (the physical examination form for preschool teachers is different from other teachers' qualification forms, please pay attention to the distinction), fill in their names and ID numbers, post photos, and go to hospitals above the county level on an empty stomach in the morning with the physical examination form, which must be completed before June 16, and stamped when confirmed on the spot.

(3) On-site confirmation

During the working hours of June, 2020 17- 19, the applicants themselves brought relevant materials to the Personnel Section (II) on the third floor of the Education Bureau, No.79 Park Road, Miaogao Street, Suichang County for on-site confirmation. Third, matters needing attention

1. To apply for the qualification of a general primary school teacher, the level of Putonghua should reach Grade 2 or above. Teachers who hold the qualification certificate of ordinary primary school teachers should be engaged in Chinese teaching in primary schools, and their Putonghua level should reach the second level and above.

2. Due to the special situation of epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19, all relevant personnel are requested to arrange physical examination in advance and prepare relevant materials.
