Is there a requirement for printing the recruitment inspection form of public institutions?

Precautions 1. Graduates fill in the questionnaire and sign and seal it according to the requirements of the questionnaire (graduates in 2020 will be sealed by their institutions, and graduates in 20 18/20 19 will be sealed by their villages and communities where their current accounts are located);

2. On-the-job employees who have left their jobs must fill in the questionnaire, and the work certificate submitted during the qualification examination must be stamped by the unit where they work, and a certificate of no violation of family planning behavior and no criminal record must be issued.
