1. The age is over 18 years old;

Second, the application materials

1. Original and photocopy of ID card;

2. Original and photocopy of academic certificate;

3. Original and photocopy of welder's skill certificate or work experience certificate;

4. Original and photocopy of the diagnosis certificate.

Third, the application process

1. Go to the window of the local safety supervision bureau to get the welder license application form;

2. Fill in a complete application form for welder's license and attach the above materials;

3. Pay the application fee (according to different regional standards);

4. The Safety Supervision Bureau shall review the application materials;

5. Arrange welding skill test;

6. After passing, obtain the welder certificate.

Fourth, matters needing attention

1. The welder's certificate is valid for three years, and it needs to be reapplied after the expiration;

2. Within the validity period, if it is revoked due to violation of regulations, it is necessary to re-apply;

3. When applying, you need to fill in the application form carefully and provide real materials. If it is not accurate, it will affect the application result;

4. Before the test, you need to prepare carefully to keep your health and welding skills.

Article 24 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Safety in Production, mining, metal smelting, construction, transportation units and units that produce, manage, store and load and unload dangerous goods shall set up safety production management institutions or be equipped with full-time safety production management personnel. Where there are more than 100 employees in other production and business units other than those specified in the preceding paragraph, a safety production management institution shall be set up or full-time safety production management personnel shall be equipped; If the number of employees is less than 100, it shall be equipped with full-time or part-time safety production management personnel.
