What does "difficult" mean? Can't recruit people, or can't the recruited people do well?

If you can't recruit people, look at the following factors.

1. Are you looking for a job advertisement that others can't see? That is, whether the recruitment information has been released to the right people through the right channels.

2. Is the hotel hardware unattractive? Including salary and benefits, work intensity, working environment and so on.

If the person recruited can't do it well, you see.

1. Are there clear and quantifiable job requirements or standards?

2. Do employees have corresponding training to meet the requirements or standards?
