Vehicles engaged in network car business shall meet the following conditions:

(1) For passenger cars with more than 5 seats and less than 7 seats registered in the urban area of this Municipality, the nature of vehicle use is registered as an appointment for taxi passenger transport, and a motor vehicle inspection mark has been obtained;

(2) Installing a vehicle-mounted satellite positioning device and an emergency alarm device with driving record function that meet the relevant provisions of the state;

(three) the wheelbase of the vehicle is not less than 2650 mm, and the total vehicle price tax is more than 6,543,800 yuan (subject to the unified invoice for motor vehicle sales). It shall not exceed 3 years from the date of obtaining the initial registered motor vehicle driver's license to the date of applying for an online taxi transport certificate. Pure electric vehicles have a wheelbase of more than 2600mm and a cruising range of more than 250 km; Plug-in (including extended range) hybrid vehicles have a wheelbase greater than 2600 mm and a cruising range greater than 50 km under pure electric drive;

(4) The technical condition, vehicle maintenance, detection and diagnosis, vehicle pollutant emission limits, vehicle interior materials and vehicle appearance of the vehicle shall meet relevant standards;

(5) Vehicles shall be insured with compulsory traffic accident liability insurance for commercial motor vehicles, commercial third party liability insurance and carrier liability insurance;

(six) the driver has obtained the "network taxi driver's license".

Individuals can only apply for one vehicle engaged in online car service, and the owner of the vehicle must not have a cruise vehicle business license.

Each network car is only allowed to access one network car platform company to engage in operational services.
