I found my first job through the traditional school recruitment route.

My workplace is a state-owned enterprise, and it still uses the traditional school recruitment process. The day after I submitted my resume online, I received a notice for my first interview. The first interview was with someone commissioned by Zhaopin Recruitment. At that time, the resumes were screened first and then divided into groups. Group interviews and individual interviews. The content of the group interview is where you want to travel and then explain why you want to go to which company. Later, there was a leaderless discussion about making an APP and how to operate it. After the group interview, individual interviews will begin. Then the second round of interviews begins. In the second round of interviews, the leader of the company's human resources department leads a team to interview. Simply, I introduced myself first, and then asked a few traditional interview questions, such as what are your shortcomings, what is your expected salary, etc. After waiting for two weeks, I received the acceptance text message and signed the tripartite agreement three days after receiving the text message!
