Can Xinyu set off fireworks?

Fireworks are not allowed in Xinyu. Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in this Municipality, as follows:

1, east of Tiangong Avenue, south of Yangtiangang Mountain Range, north of Yuanhe River, west of Kongmu River, south of Yangtiandao (extension), west of Tiangong Avenue, east of Zongsan Road and north of Qingyi Road;

2. In the urban built-up area east of Kongmu River, south of Changjin Expressway, north of Yudong Avenue and west of Dongxing Road;

3, in addition to the above areas, the following areas within the scope of this Municipality:

(1) Stations and military administrative zones of organs, enterprises, institutions and social organizations at all levels;

(2) cultural relics protection units and nature reserves;

(3) Transportation hubs such as stations and docks and railway line safety protection zones;

(4) Gas stations, liquefied petroleum gas stations, filling stations and places where inflammable and explosive articles are produced, sold, stored and used;

(five) in the safety protection zone near power transmission and transformation facilities and overhead communication lines;

(6) Medical institutions, kindergartens, schools and nursing homes;

(seven) key fire prevention areas such as forests and grasslands in places and factories (mines) where fireworks are strictly prohibited;

(eight) shopping malls, bazaars, public cultural facilities and other crowded places;

(9) Funeral homes, cemeteries, cemeteries and martyrs' cemeteries;

(10) Other areas where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited as stipulated by the county (district) people's government and the administrative committee.

The state implements a licensing system for production, operation, transportation, holding fireworks parties and other large-scale fireworks display activities.

Without permission, no unit or individual may produce, operate or transport fireworks, or hold fireworks parties or other large-scale fireworks display activities.
