Another point is that the salary is too low and various welfare benefits are not particularly good. There is basically no great development prospect. When interviewing, you will usually say 8000+, but this is the sum of basic salary plus commission. In fact, the basic salary is two or three thousand yuan, but few people can persist when they are too tired. I only get that little basic salary every month.

Moreover, the cost of sales is relatively large, such as buying a suit yourself, and some entertainment will not be reimbursed. It's uncomfortable to go to social parties without saying anything. For people's needs, it is against people's physiological needs. The basic salary is too low, so it may not be possible to maintain simple food, clothing, housing and transportation, and sometimes the tricky customers will be insulted or even more seriously hurt, so many young people are reluctant to do the sales job now.
