What is the minimum wage standard for public welfare posts in Xi in 2008?

According to the Notice of Shaanxi Provincial Labor and Social Security Department on Adjusting the Minimum Wage Standard (Shaanxi Labor and Social Security Department [2007] 1 28), the current minimum wage standard in our city will be adjusted and improved from 2008 1 month/day, and relevant issues are hereby notified as follows:

1. The adjusted minimum wage standard is: Xincheng District, Lianhu District, beilin district, Yanta District, Baqiao District, weiyang district and yanliang district implement the first minimum wage standard: full-time minimum wage 600 yuan/month, part-time minimum wage 6.6 yuan/hour; Chang 'an District, Huxian County and Lintong District implement the minimum wage standards in three wage areas: the full-time minimum wage standard is 520 yuan/month, and the part-time hourly minimum wage standard is 5.8 yuan/hour; Zhouzhi county, Gaoling County and Lantian County implement the minimum wage standards in four wage areas: the full-time minimum wage standard is 480 yuan/month and the part-time hourly minimum wage standard is 5.4 yuan/hour.

Second, all employers should strictly implement the relevant provisions of the minimum wage, and the administrative departments of labor security at all levels should strengthen supervision and inspection to ensure that the wages of workers who provide normal labor within legal working hours are not lower than the local minimum wage standard, and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
