Where are the starting and ending points of Nanjing-Shanghai Expressway?

The expressway starts in Zhenru, Shanghai and ends in Ma Su, the eastern suburb of Nanjing.

Nanjing-Shanghai Expressway, referred to as Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway for short, is a part of G42 Shanghai-Chengdu Expressway and the busiest expressway in China.

Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway is a fully enclosed, fully interconnected, high-grade and multi-functional modern expressway, in which the Shanghai-Nanjing section is parallel to the G2 Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, and the whole line is built according to the standards issued by the Ministry of Communications.

The highway network of Shanghai section of Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway is numbered A 1 1, which starts from Shanghai, passes through Anting at the junction of Shanghai and Soviet Union, Kunshan, Suzhou, Shuofang, Wuxi, Hengshan, Changzhou, Danyang, Zhenjiang and Jurong in Jiangsu, and ends at Maqun in the eastern suburb of Nanjing, with a total length of 274 kilometers.
