What materials does Ningbo provident fund loan need?

Legal analysis: 1. Household registration books of the borrower and his spouse; 2. Resident identity cards of borrowers and their spouses; 3. Proof of the marital status of the borrower; 4. Proof of down payment for house purchase; 5. The credit status report of the borrower and his spouse printed by the bank; 6. Housing sales contracts or agreements that meet the legal requirements.

Legal basis: Article 12 of the Interim Measures for the Administration of Housing Provident Fund Loans in Ningbo. When the management center or the entrusted bank accepts the borrower's loan application, the borrower shall truthfully fill in the loan application form and provide the following materials:

(1) Identity cards, marriage certificates and household registration certificates of the borrower and eligible spouses, children and parents who participated in the calculation of the loan amount;

(two) the borrower's economic income (including the economic income of joint borrowers) or proof of solvency;

(three) the purchase contract, received more than 30% of the down payment;

(5) Letter of loan commitment issued by the guarantor;

(six) other materials required by the management center.
