What does Lens CNC do?

CNC refers to CNC machining center, which is simply a computer-controlled machine. However, everyone who enters the CNC workshop does not necessarily operate a computer. Some general workers need to cooperate with the machine and operate the machine alone.

The CNC in electronics factories is generally the operator/starter, mainly responsible for the nozzle processing of lenses/plastic transparent products. Nowadays, the metal buttons of many mobile phones are directly processed by CNC and then oxidized and laser engraving.

CNC in mold factories mainly processes mold steel materials, which requires writing programs/tool ??paths, as well as being able to dismantle copper (electrical grade) and operate the machine. Different machine models have different operating interface methods.
