What does the 4s model in evidence-based medicine not include?

Systematic review.

Systematic review is a comprehensive and systematic review and analysis of all relevant studies on a specific issue, aiming at providing comprehensive and accurate evidence of this issue. The other three items in the 4S model, namely randomized controlled trials, clinical guidelines and individualized drugs, provide evidence to support clinical decision-making from different angles. Therefore, the 4S model in evidence-based evidence does not include systematic review.
