The following information shall be handled by the police station on the spot:

1. My household registration book and the household registration book of the place where I moved in;

2, the city organization, personnel, labor department or its authorized department recruitment, employment or transfer of work;

3, a fixed housing, provide the "real estate certificate".

(II) Cadres and workers who have been recruited and transferred with the approval of the organization, personnel and labor departments, and whose household registration originally belonged to colleges and universities in our city, shall be presented with a letter of introduction from the cadres of the municipal organization and personnel department, a household registration index card or a letter of introduction from the labor department on the recruitment contract system (or a letter of introduction from the contract system), my graduation certificate, my household registration book and the unit collective household registration book.

In addition to the above information, when I live in the low-rent housing provided by the Municipal People's Government, I also need to provide the housing lease contract, payment records and invoices signed by me and Zhuhai Housing Commission or Zhuhai Public Property Management Center.

If multiple owners jointly purchase commercial housing, only one family is allowed to stay. The purchase of second-hand transfer houses or low-rent housing provided by the government must allow new families to move in after all the original family accounts have been moved out.

(5) If the registered permanent residence is in the same household, only the registered permanent residence related to the head of household, spouse, children, parents, grandparents and grandparents can apply for moving with them. Other relatives' accounts cannot be moved with them. Only after the accounts are moved to the actual place of residence can the above-mentioned people be allowed to move to registered permanent residence. If other relatives do not have the conditions to enter the household or take refuge in immediate family members and the household registration cannot be moved into the unit collective household, the household registration shall be moved into the community collective household.

(VI) Persons with permanent residence in rural areas of our city, who have been unemployed in collective households or whose permanent residence has been transferred to others, can neither enter collective households nor rebuild households unconditionally. With the consent of the neighborhood (village) committee, they can apply for account transfer by virtue of the "Property Ownership Certificate" or "Land Use Certificate", and the police station can handle it on the spot after investigation and verification.

(seven) in line with the "Zhuhai Community Neighborhood Committee Collective Household Management Measures" (Zhu Gongfa [2003] No.329), the applicant shall prepare the required materials to apply to the community neighborhood Committee, and after verification by the community neighborhood Committee and the police station, the police station will move into registered permanent residence.
