1. Provide data risk, model construction and forecast analysis support for small and micro enterprises, consumer credit customers and product risk management systems, provide data support for risk policies, and conduct policy effect analysis and post-evaluation;

2. Establish and maintain the credit scoring system for customers, small and micro enterprises and products, and be responsible for the modeling, development, tracking and implementation of scoring cards to continuously improve the scoring effect;

?

3. Establish and maintain a quality analysis system for retail credit assets, establish a perfect personal loan fraud detection system, and establish a quality monitoring and early warning system for retail credit assets;

?

4. Responsible for planning, designing and building the retail risk management data warehouse system (namely data mart), maintaining the retail risk management system and application tools, providing convenient data analysis support for business departments, and supporting the normal work of business departments from the data level;

5. Responsible for the planning, design and construction of the retail risk management data warehouse system (i.e. data mart), maintaining the sales risk management system and application tools, supporting the normal business work of business departments, providing consulting and suggestions related to the analysis system for the retail risk management business offices and branches of the Head Office, and providing daily work reports;

6. Participate in the planning and design of the retail risk management system, be responsible for the management and maintenance of the rule engine of the personal loan system, and assist in proposing the change and analysis of the risk quota requirements of the personal loan system;

7. Assist the team leader to supervise the work quality and efficiency of the team decision-making analysts, as well as performance counseling and evaluation.

1. Full-time bachelor degree or above;

?

At least 2.4 years working experience in bank risk management or data analysis, including at least 2 years experience in risk management model design and application;

?

3. Master relevant economic, financial and legal knowledge, be familiar with commercial bank management and risk management knowledge, be familiar with bank risk management policies and systems, fully master various risk measurement and analysis tools, and have independent risk analysis, identification and control capabilities; 4. Have basic training in data analysis (graduate students need to come from statistics, mathematics, econometrics, financial engineering and other quantitative directions), be familiar with SAS tools and decision tree construction software, and have more than 2 years of experience in model construction, data mart construction and maintenance, data analysis and data report automation;

5. It can basically improve the skill level in the professional field and the application level of risk model;

6. Can exert personal influence, positively influence the team atmosphere and form a good team culture;

7. Have good communication and expression skills, be good at maintaining internal and external contacts, and form good interpersonal relationships and communication effects;
