Why did Jiangmen annex Xinhui?

Reasons for Jiangmen's annexation of Xinhui:

1. Jiangmen is a prefecture-level city with five county-level cities and two municipal districts including Xinhui. After the new division, it now governs three districts and four cities.

2. Jiangmen city center and Xinhui city center are only ten kilometers apart, and the two cities are basically connected. 3. The rapid development of Jiangmen City has no room for exhibition, the development of Xinhui is relatively backward, and there are still large areas of undeveloped land. The establishment of Xinhui District can complement each other and improve the administrative level of Xinhui development. Xinhui was established in 2003. Since 2003, the economic development speed of Xinhui has increased year by year, which is the fastest period in Xinhui's history.
