What does a TV producer do?

Television producers are fully responsible for script planning, early preparation, formation of a film crew (including the signing of contracts for cast members and shooting equipment), cost accounting of shooting funds, financial audit, shooting production execution and post-production; Assist investors to issue shares at home and abroad and apply for prizes at home and abroad.

The tasks of TV drama producers include concept development, fund raising, personnel recruitment, budget, directing crew members, deciding the cast, assisting producers, introducing new concepts and ideas consistent with the project plan, assisting in recruiting film and television artists, supervising the post-production process, keeping in touch with producers and maintaining the project budget.

Tv producers are creative decision makers and do not often participate in daily affairs.
