2015 Recruitment Announcement of Xin'an Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province
According to the relevant provisions of the "Implementation Rules for the Recruitment of Ordinary Employees in Shenzhen Government Agencies and Public Institutions" (Shenzhen Regulations [2009] No. 4) and approved by the Organization and Human Resources Department of Bao'an District, the Xin'an Sub-district Office plans to recruit 4 employees. For specific requirements, see the "Position List for Recruitment of Employees in Xin'an Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen City" (see Attachment 1, hereinafter referred to as the "Position List"). The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1. Applicant conditions and requirements< /p>
(1) Basic conditions.
1. Meet the basic requirements for employee recruitment stipulated in the "Implementation Rules for the Recruitment of Ordinary Employees in Shenzhen Government Agencies and Public Institutions";
2. Meet the qualifications stipulated in this announcement and the "Position List" ;
3. Applicants must hold a valid "Shenzhen General Employee Basic Quality Test Certificate (Category A or B)";
4. Applicants must not be older than 35 years old, that is, born after March 31, 1979;
5. The calculation of recruitment age, relevant work qualifications and work experience (experience) is as of March 31, 2015; < /p>
6. Applicants’ internship experience before graduation is not considered as work experience.
(2) The following personnel are not allowed to apply:

2. Registration and qualification review
(1) Registration time, place and method.
1. Time: March 25-March 31, 2015 (working days from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm).

(2) Qualification review.
Adopt on-site registration. Applicants must register on site in person and cannot entrust others to register on their behalf. Qualifications will be reviewed at the same time as registration. The Xin'an Subdistrict Office will review the materials provided by the applicants and determine whether they meet the application conditions. Registration information will be retained by the recruiting unit. Applicants must submit the following materials (in duplicate):
1. "Registration Form for Recruitment of Employees by Shenzhen Government Agencies and Public Institutions" (original, attached with a 1-inch full-face color photo without hat), see attachment 2 for the blank form );
2. "Shenzhen General Employee Basic Qualification Test Certificate" (verify the original, submit a copy);
3. ID card and household registration book (verify the original, submit Copy);
4. Educational qualifications and degree certificates (verify the original and submit a copy. An academic certification report issued by the National Higher Education Student Information Consulting and Employment Guidance Center is required);
5. "Family Planning Situation Questionnaire" (see Attachment 3);
6. Certificate of no criminal record issued by the police station where the household is registered (original);
7. Certification of the applicant Other materials that meet the requirements of the position;
8. Proof of performance, awards, employment experience, etc. (voluntarily provided).
(3) All materials provided by the candidates must be true. If they commit fraud, they will be disqualified.
(4) Determine qualified candidates
After passing the preliminary qualification review, all applicants who meet the qualifications can enter the ability test. The test time and location will be notified after the qualification review is completed.
3. Ability test
1. Method: conducted in the form of interview. The interview format is a structured interview, and the passing score for the interview is 60 points. Candidates for the physical examination will be determined in equal numbers based on ranking from high to low interview scores.
2. The time and location of the interview will be notified later.
3. Result announcement: The interview results and the list of physical examination candidates will be announced on the website of Bao’an District Xin’an Street Office (/xajdb/) within 5 working days after the interview ends.
IV , Physical examination
Physical examination personnel must bring their ID card and a recent one-inch full-face color photo without a hat to participate in the physical examination on time. Those who do not participate in the physical examination on time will be deemed to have given up automatically.
The physical examination time and physical examination hospital will be notified separately by the Xin'an Subdistrict Office.
The physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the "Implementation Rules for Physical Examination of Open Recruitment Personnel in Public Institutions in Guangdong Province (Trial)".
5. Assessment and Qualification Review
Those who pass the physical examination will be assessed by the Xin'an Sub-district Office on their ideological and political performance, moral character, professional ability, work performance, etc., and Their qualifications will be reviewed, and those who pass the assessment and qualification review will be determined as candidates for employment.
VI. Publicity
The list of personnel to be hired will be announced on the website of the Baoan District Xin'an Street Office after the inspection, and the publicity period will be 7 days.
7. Employment
If the person to be hired has not complained after being announced, or if there is a complaint that is found to be untrue, or the complaint is true but does not affect the employment, the Xin'an Subdistrict Organization and Personnel Department will make a plan. The employees should go through the employment procedures and submit relevant materials to the Baoan District Organization and Human Resources Department for filing within 2 months after the announcement.
8. Matters not covered in this announcement shall be governed by the relevant provisions of the "Implementation Rules for the Recruitment of Ordinary Employees in Shenzhen Government Agencies and Public Institutions".
