Interview process

1. Telephone interview

People have a simple telephone interview beforehand. I think big companies like this, but this kind of telephone interview is quite good. I feel that this HR brother is very awesome. I also know a lot of technical aspects, and you can take notes while talking to them (I heard the sound of rapid typing on the keyboard on the other end of the phone)

2. Written test

After 2 days, hr brother They told me to report the results of the telephone interview and said that I was very satisfied and arranged to come over for a written test

Their company is on the 2nd floor of Area B on Tianfu 2nd Street, which is very close to our company, just a few minutes.

The appointment is for four o'clock in the afternoon. When you go there, the front desk will give you a registration form and written test questions. They have prepared them in advance. It is indeed very formal, and the atmosphere is a bit high. The front desk The screen shows English movies, newspapers are also in English, and occasionally foreigners come in and out

3. Technical interview

Two days later, hr brother, I passed the written test and informed me of a re-examination, scheduled for 2 p.m.

3. Final interview

Didn’t wait long , they said I entered the final interview

The final interview was with their technical director and HR leader

After the interview, they said they would have a reply within two days

4. Offer

Two days later, HR notified me that I was admitted (but I felt that my salary was a bit low...)
